The all-volunteer Kenhorst Fire Company provides fire protection services in the Borough of Kenhorst.
For Non-Emergency situations: Call the Kenhorst Fire Company at 610-775-1914. They will help in any way they can. A spacious banquet hall in the Social Quarters is available for outside rental for weddings, parties and other events. Please also consider a social membership in your Kenhorst Fire Company.

The City of Reading Police Department provides police services to the Borough of Kenhorst.
For Non-Emergency situations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, please call the Reading Police at 610-655-6116. Ask to speak to the Desk Sergeant for Kenhorst Borough on duty to provide detailed information about the situation you are reporting.

TowerDIRECT EMS provides 24/7 emergency Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support services to the community. We also offer non emergent inter facility ambulance transports as well as wheelchair transport services.
TowerDIRECT EMS serves the following municipalities from our Mountain View Road Location: Brecknock Township, Cumru Township, Kenhorst Borough, Mohnton Borough, Robeson Township and Shillington Borough.
The Borough of Kenhorst provides membership to TowerDIRECT EMS for all residents.
